Operating Rules
General
- All 501 games will be open in, double, triple or bull out.
- All cricket games will be double bull "off".
- 701 games must be double, triple or bull out because the boards will not set any other way.
Start Time
- Start time is 7:30 with last call at 8:00, After 8:00 it is up to the opposing team to decide if they want to wait.
- If you are going to be late, please call the opposing team or the bar where the match is being held.
- Late means after 7:30!
- Remember that it is up to the team that is waiting as to whether they want to wait past 8:00
Scoring
- Hat tricks will be 1 point, 3 in a bed will be 2 points, white horses are 3 points and 3 in the black are 4 points.
- 3 in bed and white horses count in 501 only if cricket numbers are hit.
Envelopes
- Each team is responsible for their own envelopes.
- All envelopes including money ($7 per player) and score sheet are to be dropped at Half Dollar by Friday.
- Please put the date and your team name on the front of the envelope and seal before giving it to the bartender.
- Any money that is not accounted for will be taken from that team's end of season payout.
- If the match envelop is not turned in by Friday, the team will be given one warning.
- The next time will result in a forfeit of the match.
Score Sheets
- Check your score sheets with your opponents!
- All money and game information should match on both.
- There is a space at the top of the score sheet for them to be signed by each captain.
Make Up Games
- Any games missed must be made up within 7 days, otherwise it is considered a forfeit.
- The makeup game must be played at the bar where it was originally scheduled.
- No exceptions!
- Please be considerate of all and make sure that there are no reschedules unless absolutely necessary!
Forfeits
- If you forfeit a match, the team that does not show up or cancels will receive 0 wins.
- The opposing team will receive 9 wins.
- A reschedule is not a forfeit unless the match goes past the 7 days.
- The team that is the losing team in the forfeit shall pay the league fees of $48 for both teams.
- All teams, please understand that the other teams will occasionally be in need of a reschedule.
- Please do your best to accommodate.
Protests
- If you have a problem during a match, STOP the match and call the league operator.
- If we cannot come to a resolution to the problem at the time, you must give me written notice of the protest within 24 hours of the match.
- Both team captains must give me a statement as to what the problem was.
- The bar owners will meet and vote on the outcome.
- The protesting team, will be notified as soon as a decision has been made.
Weekly Dues
- It is the responsibility of the team captain to make sure that his team's dues are included in the weekly envelopes.
- This is $7.00 per player, per week.
- If the envelopes don't include the correct amount, the missing amount will be subtracted from the team's final payout.
Weekly Quarters
- Each games will be $1.25 in quarters.
Stats
- Stats will be posted to this website at the league operators earliest convenience.
- Timely stats are subject to envelope availability and any reschedules that may happen.
Subs
- Subs will be allowed to play at the end of season party tournament if they have subbed in the league a minimum of 3 times during the current season.
- You cannot have more than 2 subs per team for any given match.
- If your team has a replacement player, please let the league operator know as soon as this happens.
- Players on teams can only sub on another team if their team has a bye.
Eligible Players
- If you are a male player and are listed on the Bullshooters pro list, under any category, you are not eligible to play or sub in this league.
- If you are a woman and are listed on the Bullshooter pro list as an A or AA ranked player, you are not elible to play or sub in the league.
- All teams must include at least one female.
Courteous Play
- As with any games, please be courteous to you team and the other players by staying at your location and paying attention to the match.
- This is just common courtesy and even if you aren't playing you can be there to cheer your team on!
League Party Food
- The league pays for the food for the end of season party food, so food should stay out until the end of the party.
